Alonso de Estrada
Administrador de Nueva España (Méjico) activo en la primera mitad del s. XVI. Natural de Cangas de Onís (Asturias), fue enviado por Carlos I a Nueva España como oficial real. Allí ocupó los cargos de tesorero y, posteriormente (1527), de gobernador y justicia. Fundador de la ciudad de los zapotecas. Colaboró junto a Hernán Cortés en la conquista de Méjico.
